My love of Reiki came from my own personal experience in healing old emotional wounds. Through my own process, I experienced the powerful transformation that occurred within my own body, mind and spirit.

This inspired me to become a Reiki Master Teacher and incorporate this beautiful healing energy into my coaching sessions.

I love teaching others this powerful, yet subtle energy, so that they can empower themselves and uplift those around them.

I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui method. Through our Holistic Institute of Wellness over 60 individuals have become attuned through various levels of Reiki. As part of my commitment, along with Jana Kadovitz, to restoring the sacredness of this energy and training, we only train in person, one attunement at a time. Reiki is a way of life, which can only be taught during longer, one-on-one sessions.

Reiki I and Reiki II are taught in a classroom setting. We hold our Reiki Master and our Reiki Master Teacher training in retreat format on sacred land. This allows you to receive the fullness of the energy and integrate it into your being before returning to your everyday walk in life.

Reiki adapts to the needs of the recipient and helps with meditative states. It promotes personal awareness and enhances spiritual connection. Reiki fosters natural self-healing, relaxes and reduces stress, balances energies in the body and relieves pain and discomfort. In this weekend class, you will learn the following:

• What is Reiki and how it works
• History of Reiki & Reiki Ideals
• Introduction to Energy Anatomy – Chakras & Bio-fields
• Receive three attunements to Reiki
• Learn self-healing techniques. Reiki hand positions; instruction and practice; Chair boost

Upon completion you will receive a Reiki level I Certificate certified in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki through the Holistic Institute of Wellness.

Our students are required to wait a minimum of 3-6 months and sometimes even longer between attunements. We also offer individual support between attunements, and all students can join the monthly Reiki Lightworkers community group, which provides on-going teaching.
